The old days of getting new skills in quests is long gone, and possibly a ton of work for Anet to whip together a quest for all the new classes now.

My suggestion is a 'Normal' Skill Capture Signet for normal skills that would cost 250g or less, so we can go get skills we want without having to spend 1,000 gold of our time that could be spend on a multitude of other wasteful things..like the old days of questing for a skill! Not every skill is elite!

You could buy a skill for 1plat, or you could spend 250g and go capture it yourself...much more satisfying; and you dont waste your time spending 1plat on a cap sig and capturing a normal skill! Maybe its just me but clicking 'buy skill' until you run out of money isnt very fun, and this way maybe people will learn about skills they actually want to use.

I like it, but I don't at the same time.....
Something is going on in my brains. I like it..... But I don't....
But there are some badass non-elite skills that people could capture. Unless if this only works on a boss. Because.... yeah, there's a lot of good crap you can cap at the beginning of each game.
But then, if this only applies to bosses.... o0o0o0o0o000.
But anyway I think the caps should start at 100 gold base and go to 500 max.
